Each AFG service member and diplomat is equipped with an electronic or printed immunity card protected with deadly serious military support worldwide. What does that mean? Given the fact that Afghanistan has been directly affected by global terrorism, and considering that our Government as the highest authority of Afghanistan, a diplomatic security mission is an institution countering global terrorism, the security sensitivity of our security board is very high and threats will be responded to, immediately, and with the highest level of violence regardless of whether you are a foreign government or whatever.

 

The members of the AFG Government Command Center and entire AFG employees have a permanent immunity card marked A, which means immunity at the highest level. In the same way, the leadership and members of the AFG security board have the permanent A-level immunity without the need to carry an immunity card.

 

The AFG immunity is also considered a full authorized license to kill, capture, and arrest hostile elements who try to get in the way of the AFG staff and security board wherever they operate, without obligation to respond to external factors.
 

The AFG service members and the security board members are professional operators with the highest ethical standards that know exactly what they do. If an AFG service member chooses to show you their immunity card you will be obligated to follow the AFG service member and security board's instructions with absolutely no excuses regardless of what your position at your government is.

 

Are you having problem following the instructions?
 

Crossing the lines with the AFG service members or the security board forces could get you killed easily which means, any approach against the AFG immunity card holder or the security board members that the operator identifies as hostile or undesirable can lead to your swift removal or arrest under your own full accountability, an approach approved and supported by the AFG Central Command, the Afghanistan International Court of Justice, the Afghanistan Bureau of Investigation, the Afghanistan Government Police Organization, the Afghanistan Ministry of Defense, the Afghanistan Intelligence Community, the Afghanistan diplomatic mission, the Afghanistan Security Council, and other institutions of the AFG Administration.

 

One or more of your personnel have been removed by the AFG Forces for violating the law and principles regarding the immunity of the AFG boards. What will be the next? As the document specified, the AFG boards are licensed to kill hostile elements against their immunity and missions. Please pay attention that you are not allowed to waste the time of the AFG officers, operators, leadership, and the security board in any way. Note that things can get horrible very quickly and developing a verbal or physical conflict could lead to the removal of you, your government or your country, depending on the level of your hostility or aggressiveness.

However, if you feel objecting the kill decision adopted and performed by the AFG operators or security board members cutting off your personnel identified as hostile, the AFG Administration understands and respects your right to file a complaint with the Afghanistan International Court of Justice within twenty-four hours of the death of your personnel.

Have one or more of your employees been arrested by the AFG operators or the security board? Arrested elements will be transferred to the Guzara Bay detention camp in Afghanistan and you will be able to follow the legal status of your employees through the diplomatic channels. If your employee's hostility is confirmed by the Afghanistan Bureau of Investigation, the Afghan government will support a potential decision from the Afghanistan International Court of Justice to approve life imprisonment or the death penalty for your employee.​
