The Afghanistan International Court

The AFG Court of Justice (The Afghanistan International Court) is a counter-terrorism justice department that identifies and prosecutes international crimes against Afghanistan which issues and executes judgments with the resolute aim of holding the perpetrators accountable. 

 

The AFG Court of Justice is a specialisedimpartial, non-penetrable, non-political and non-religious institution formed by reliable and committed legal experts. The AFG Court of Justice considers the people worthy of achieving justice and truth, supports the victims and holds the perpetrators accountable with full determination and authority.

Several Afghan security and investigation institutions and the Afghanistan International Court have created lists of organizations that they designate as terrorist and beyond terrorism. The following list of designated terrorist groups lists groups designated as terrorist by government, and inter-governmental organizations. 

Many organizations that have been designated as terrorist have been using terrorism as tactic to achieve their goals, and there are international consensus on the legal definition of terrorism.

However, the following elements have criminal cases in the Afghanistan International Court.

All the groups listed as terrorism are foreign elements, mostly European, that have been working under the cover of aid organizations in/against Afghanistan. All of the listed groups have been identified to have the ideology of al-Qaeda and ISIS, which without exception, all of their leaders and high-ranking employees, or elements specified in the list are on the terror watch list. 

 

The documented crimes of the listed groups, which include aid organizations, foreign political parties, technology companies, media organizations and companies, transport companies, pharmaceutical companies, religious organizations, and governments, include:

  • Genocide.

  • Participation in genocide.

  • Terrorist attacks on civilians.

  • Drugs smuggling.

  • Human trafficking.

  • Organ trafficking.

  • Disinformation.

  • Imposition of illegal sanctions with the systematic aim of isolating Afghanistan, with the more specific purpose of making or keeping Afghanistan vulnerable to international crimes.

  • Participation in al-Qaeda terrorist attacks in 2001.

  • Attempts to revive the Al-Qaeda terrorist group.

  • Strategic hostile attempts to manipulate, disrupt and limit security relations and cooperation between the AFG government, US Government, Blackwater private military, Afghan security and defense institutions on most important and vital national security issues.

  • Terrorism financing.

  • Creation and promotion of non-Afghan religious centers and ideology in Afghanistan.

  • Cyber crimes.

  • Act of espionage on the electronic devices of the people of the Afghanistan through Android, Apple and Microsoft devices, while terrorist groups and assassination networks having access to the data centers of the mentioned companies in different parts of the world.

  • Act of espionage on the electronic devices of the Afghanistan Presidential Administration.

  • Abuse of Afghanistan's national security data on electronic devices for the benefits of terrorist groups.

  • Illegal establishment and activity of telecommunication and internet companies in Afghanistan, as well as systematic restriction of access of Afghans to telecommunication and internet services in certain areas of Afghanistan, where most genocides have been occurred.

  • Systematic attempts for creation of an imaginary but hostile connection between the Emirate and people of the Afghanistan with the German, Persian, Arab terrorist neo-Nazi group known as Hezbollah (also known as forced marriage tactic in the terminology of Swiss organizations).

  • Creation and promotion of violence against Afghan women, girls and children, multiple types of bans, child abuse, purchase and sale of children, as well as teaching militia activities to children in the international organizations camps.

  • Attacks and hostile activities to damage the sovereignty of the AFG government.

  • Interference in Afghanistan affairs.

  • Attempts to damage current Afghanistan government national security archives.

  • Robbery of the previous Afghan government national security archives.

  • Attempts to limit the access of Afghans to accurate information.

  • Illegal travel and presence in Afghanistan territory.

  • Programming of the leaders and members of the Emirate of Afghanistan by impersonation and extremely inhumane and hostile globalism propaganda.

  • Home prisons and illegal storages in the Afghanistan territory (Mostly in the premises of the offices of international organizations).

  • Illegal, arbitrary and systematic blocking of Afghanistan's national budget with strategic hostile purposes against Afghanistan's national security, including keeping Afghan citizens vulnerable to genocides and illegal immigration.

  • Illegal transfer of money to Afghanistan.

  • Creation and promotion of different types of apartheids such as gender apartheid, racial apartheid and etc. aiming the national security, unity and trust among Afghans, as well as attempts to create civil wars among Afghans after 2021.

  • Having root role in the past civil wars in Afghanistan.

  • Promotion of homosexuality.

  • Advertisements for terrorist groups to Afghan citizens.

  • Robbery and smuggling of Afghanistan minerals.

  • Infiltrating the Afghan government institutions through promotion of administrative corruption and ideology manipulation.

  • Impersonation.

  • Systematic creation and promotion of Afghan phobia.

  • Forging Afghan national identity documents.

  • Manipulation of documents and information.

  • Torture and killing of the former Afghan government security forces.

  • Assassination of Afghan officials and leaders, specialists and experts, artists and athletes, scientific cadre and tech talents. 

  • Attempts to assassinate the current president of Afghanistan, as well as his security and defense ministers.

Terror Watch List

The list among UN includes World Health Organization (WHO), United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), UNICEF, UNESCO, International Criminal Court (ICC), IOM, UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC), UNAMA and UN Security Council.

Although the representatives of the countries in the United Nations have actually been showing and playing the ideology and policy of their country and government against or towards Afghanistan, here the case is focused on the swamp that has been running and controlling the UN and its departments overall, mostly through Switzerland and European organizations.
